Assessors

If a Coach is also an Assessor, their Assessor status is in line with their Coach status, ie if they are Expired or Supervised as a Coach, they will automatically be set to Test Assessor Expired.

Area Reps will add assessor workshops for B test and above; Branches for  C+ and below

AR’s only can complete Assessor probation (Y/N) and in future, only those who have successfully completed probation will show as an Assessor for that level in Pelham and the Assessor database.

In the Coach/Volunteers tab, click Add Achievments and add in the same way that achievements & tests are added:

Disclosure, First Aid and Safeguarding, Assessment workshops must also be added here.

You MUST add new qualification when each expires and not simply change the dates.
