Update to Member Portal to display member achievements and tests 

Record Branch Committee members, agenda’s, Minutes and Branch documents

Branches can have Edit access or Read-only; ALL Volunteers who are given access to PELHAM must now read the Pelham Code of Conduct and SIGN the Declaration Form

All Branches have access to view all their data, and update member/coach/official records, including adding achievements, tests and Coach qualifications.

Centre Proprietors have access to view all their data and update member achievement/test records.

Centre Coordinators have access as above, and can update Centre Coach and Volunteer records.

Area Representatives have access to view all data in their Area and update Area coach records.

A Coach Directory (using PELHAM data) has been created on the Officials section of The Pony Club website.

ALL memberships now receive automated renewal invites via email 4 and 2 weeks prior to their membership expiring, and a further notification 2 weeks after expiry.

Automated reminder emails to Coaches when qualifications are coming up for renewal.

Rollout of new Branch DC and Treasurer emails and update of Branch emails

Finalise solution and implement Events module for Branches and Centres to create events which can booked on and paid online. 

 Ability to add Assessors and their assessing levels
