Pony Club Recommendations:
PELHAM is designed to work best on a desktop or laptop, which remains the ideal way to manage most administrative tasks. That said, there are plenty of times — especially when you’re on the ground at Rallies and Events — where quick access on a mobile phone or tablet is essential.
To support this, The Pony Club technology team recommends accessing PELHAM through your mobile device’s web browser (safari, chrome etc.) Using the browser gives you a consistent view of the system, keeps the layout familiar, and ensures you’re working with the full set of features wherever possible. While the experience is more compact on a smaller screen, it remains a reliable way to look up member details, check bookings, or manage quick tasks when you’re on the move.
Adding PELHAM to Your iPhone or iPad Home Screen
To make accessing PELHAM quicker when you’re out and about, you can add a bookmark directly to your iOS home screen:
- Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
- Go to the PELHAM login page.
- Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow pointing up).
- Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
- Give it a name (e.g., PELHAM) and tap Add.
You’ll now have a PELHAM icon on your home screen, so you can jump straight into the system with a single tap.
Adding PELHAM to an Android Home Screen
- Open your browser (Chrome is the most common).
- Navigate to the PELHAM login page.
- Tap the menu icon (three dots in the top-right).
- Select Add to Home screen or Add shortcut to Home screen.
- Confirm Add.
You’ll get an app-style icon on your home screen that launches PELHAM directly in your browser!
Using Power Apps for PELHAM (Optional)
PELHAM can also be accessed through the application known as: Power Apps. These apps are available within our environment and may provide a quicker, more streamlined interface for specific tasks. However, they are not actively supported by The Pony Club at this time, and their functionality may not always match the full browser experience.
For this reason, while the Power Apps can be useful for quick checks or simple updates, the recommended and supported way to access PELHAM on mobile remains the browser.
