Setting up your web browser
We would recommend that you use Google Chrome when using PELHAM, ideally using a different ‘profile’ just for your Pony Club activities to keep it separate from your other personal or business accounts. To set up a new profile in Chrome, please follow the instructions here or view the video guide below.
Logging into PELHAM
To access PELHAM for Branches visit the project site at https://pelham.pcuk.org and find your appropriate dashboard, and select the associated login button.
You will need to enter your Branch email address and the password given to you by the Pelham Project Team.
Once you are logged in, you will land on the ‘Active Branches’ page and your Branch Name will appear below.
Click your Branch Name and this will take you to the Branch Summary Page where you will find more details about your Branch and its Members.
How to pin frequently used pages/views
PELHAM allows you to pin recently used pages and views to the Recent section on the top left, this is useful for pages you commonly visit such as your Branch Summary Page!
To do this select the Pin symbol beside the relavent item, for example your Branch. This page will now always appear under your Pinned drop down list.
Branch Summary Page
Within the Branch Summary Page you will find the following sections:
- Members
- Coaches and Volunteers
- Achievement History
- Events
- Branch Details
- Financial Admin (Branch)
- Notes
- Other useful info!
Branch Members Summary
By default the members summary page will display a comprehensive table of all Current Branch Members. This is a useful day to day view to understand the current status of all members with an Active / Paid for membership.
By clicking the Current Branch Members drop down you can access additional ‘Views’. These are useful for finding members that meet certain criteria, for example members that have recently expired, or will be expiring soon.
