EC Pro allows you to manage all bookings and rider information in one place. When using the Pony Club integration in EC Pro:
· Centres can mark relevant lessons or activities as Pony Club sessions.
· Riders booking these sessions must include their Pony Club number as part of their rider registration on EC Pro.
· Attendance and achievement information from these sessions can be shared automatically with PELHAM, where applicable.
This provides a clear, simple way to manage both Pony Club and non-Pony Club activity within one system, reducing admin and improving accuracy.
1 – System Setup
The EC Pro team will work with you to set up the system based on how you want your centre to operate online, including your lessons, activities, and customer processes.
2 – Onboarding and Training
You will receive full system administration training and ongoing support is available 7 days a week.
3 – Mark your Pony Club Sessions
To share attendance or achievement data with PELHAM automatically, sessions must be identified as Pony Club sessions in EC Pro and then results will be automatically updated once attended.
4 – Ask your riders to update their details
Parents and riders will need to add their Pony Club membership number to their rider profile to book Pony Club sessions. Centres should communicate this in advance to avoid booking issues.
5 – Start using EC Pro day to day
Once setup is complete, EC Pro becomes your central hub for client, data, horse, staff and booking management. Handle rider records, payments, registrations, and reporting communication and Pony Club management all in one place.
