Bespoke System & Tailored Modules: In addition to providing the most flexible Rider’s Shopping Basket for managing entries, our system also has tailored modules for Stabling, Hook-up and Sundry Items and each area has an advanced stock management and capping facility as well as bespoke reports. Each area of our system has been designed and improved over the years in conjunction with Riders, Secretaries, Venues, Judges, Trainers and Clubs so it is truly designed by its users.
Unique Features: There are a large number of unique features available in our software as well as a fully mobile responsive design making it easy for riders to enter on any device in a few simple clicks.
Data Protection & Security: We are GDPR compliant, work with the highest level of PCI DSS Compliant Payment Providers and invest yearly to ensure we have the industry leading security and backup measures in place at no cost to you. You will also sign a License Agreement that protects us both in looking after the data within the software.
Booking Fee Structure: our booking fee structure has been in place with no increases for 20 years. This tried and tested financial structure has meant that we know we can support significant investment year on year to support the continuous changes in customer operating systems, user browsers and a multitude of constantly upgrading devices. This requirement for investment cannot be underestimated in the survival of this type of software long term, we work with both Apple and Android development teams ensuring we develop, test and deploy improvements as soon as required giving the customer a seamless experience where at all possible.

We license both the online entry (www.MyRidingLife.com) and show management software (www.MyShowSecretary.co.uk) to your Club free of charge.
There are no direct or hidden costs to you as an organiser for the software, we work purely from the “rider booking fee” (this is a fee paid by the rider inc VAT per transaction, not per rider or per entry).

Riders can enter multiple combinations and on behalf of other members too within the same transaction.
We also offer bespoke pricing modules with the option for Clubs to absorb all bookings fees on behalf of their members in the form of an annual license and/ or the ability to add your own administration fees. Please ask our Team for further details.
We are integrated and partnered with a number of payment providers – these include STRIPE, PAYPAL, OPAYO & DNA ensuring you can choose the best Payment Gateway and most competitive rates for your Club.
We connect our software to your chosen Payment Gateway ensuring you receive your money at the point of entry with complete control over your own finances. Partial and complete refunds can be managed directly. Tailored Accounting Reports which reconcile with your Payment Gateway and Bank provide a comprehensive reporting tool.
Profit & Loss Reports are also available per activity for more detailed management accounting.
You can set your own preferences for deposits into your branch account – daily, weekly, monthly or on demand.
BENEFITS: Clubs can connect multiple payment providers to their MSS account if they wish, providing the option to split finances as needed between bank accounts.
As part of the setup and license, you are required to attend a 1-1 and/ or Group Training with all Committee Members so everyone is happy and confident with using the software to complete their day-to-day roles. Our software is renowned for being easy to use and intuitive and we are here to support you as needed.
