The New Horse-Events website has a specific area for pony club rallies.
✓ Each branch and Area can be searched to ensure each rally is easily accessed by the entrant.
✓ The System verifies PC membership numbers, stores horse and rider details and transfer data straight into the Pony Club Pelham database. This make it very easy for members to enter and organisers to manage.

The Horse-Events website is designed to ensure life is made easy for the organiser offering a complete booking service. This means that voluntary organisers & treasurers can spend more time running their events, taking the pressure off chasing payments and organising entries.
Small booking fees are charged to the customer on top of the entry fee.
The Branch can decide if they wish to combine this in the overall rally cost or for this to be onto of the entry fee.
We are different to other providers, Horse-Events pays for all the card and Merchant fees related to a transaction, so NO Stripe/Paypal or transfer fees are deducted or paid for by the Pony Club Branch.
This means the full entry fee is transferred, which helps the organiser to keep their entry fees as low as possible.
The booking fee option is decided by the organiser when creating a rally. (Only one option can be used per rally)
Booking fees can either be charged; (1) per individual ticket booked or (2) Per rally booked.

Adding Rallies –
All rallies can be added by Pony club organisers free of charge using our online event manager platform. Let us do it for you – Horse Events provides a rally secretarial service enabling rallies to be added for you, this is a free service as long as the total booking fees over the month equate to a minimum of £10 per rally added.
Each rally has up to 5 refunds per rally processed free of charge.
Additional refunds – 20p per transaction is charged, this can be passed onto the competitor and is at the organisers’ discretion.
Event booking fee options
Booking fees can either be charged (1) per individual ticket booked (2) per horse & rider combination per event. The booking fee option is decided by the organiser when the event is created. (Only one option can be used per event)

Each event hosted on the Horse Events website must collect a minimum of £10 in booking fees. In the event of the booking fees not reaching £10 the remainder will be deducted from the entry fee transferred.
What does this mean?
If an event with an entry fee of £10 only has 6 bookings
Total Entry fees = £60
Booking fees collected =£6
Minimum event Charge to organiser £4
